2010 Rental Rates
WILLE ROAD CABIN
Weekly rentals are from Saturday– Saturday

Rates based on 5 persons – $10 per extra person per night or $70 per week
IN-SEASON RENTAL RATES (rented by the week only)
The week of Memorial Day weekend through the week of Labor Day weekend
• $895 – one week rental (40% reservation deposit – $358)
• $1740 – two week rental (40% deposit – $696)
• $2585 – three week rental (40% deposit – $1034)
• $3430 – four week rental (40% deposit – $1372)
NON-PRIME WEEKLY RENTAL RATES
May 9th until the week of Memorial Day weekend; After Labor Day Week through October 31st:
• $775 – one week rental (40% reservation deposit – $310)
• $1500 – two week rental (40% deposit – $600)
• $2225 – three week rental (40% deposit – $890)
• $2950 – four week rental (40% deposit – $1180)
NON-PRIME WEEKEND RENTAL RATE (3-day/3-night)
May 9th until the week of Memorial Day weekend; After Labor Day Week through October 31st:
• $465 (40% reservation deposit – $186)

During non-prime weeks, the cabin is available for 4-day/3-night weekends (if there are not weekly rentals the two weeks that share the weekend) and is rented at a rate of 20% of the non-prime weekly rental rate per night. Check-in can be Thursday at 5:00 pm (or when arranged) and check-out Sunday at 12:00 noon; or, check-in can be Friday at 5:00 pm (or when arranged) and check-out at 12:00 noon on Monday. Or, the cabin is available for any 4-day/3-night stay between Saturday and the following Saturday during non-prime weeks.
WATERCRAFT RENTALS
• 18 ft. Pontoon with 28 hp Evenrude – $350/wk (40% reservation deposit $140) (includes 12 gallons of premixed gas and life preservers)
• 20 ft. Pontoon with 28 hp Johnson – $450/wk (40% reservation deposit $180) (includes 12 gallons of premixed gas and life preservers)
• Coleman canoe with paddles – $75/wk (40% reservation deposit $ 30)
• 14 ft. Northwood aluminum boat with ores – rated for 15 hp motor – $75/wk (40% reservation deposit $30)
During non-prime weeks for cabin rental, watercrafts are available to rent for the length of time the cabin is rented at a rate of 20% of the normal weekly rate per day. It is recommended that the above watercraft be reserved ahead of time to ensure availability. Life preservers are included with rental equal to the number of persons renting the cabin.
DETAILS
Once the dates have been cleared, you will be “penciled-in” until a reservation deposit equal to 40% of the weekly rate per rental week is received to make your reservation official (refer to above rental rates). The check MUST be received within 5 business days or your name will be taken off the reservation calendar. Deposits are refundable with a 45-day cancellation notice.
A confirmation letter, rental agreement and check-in information will then be mailed with instructions. The remaining rental fee plus a $400 damage deposit is due one week prior to check-in. The damage deposit is completely refundable – provided, of course, there is no damage other then normal wear and tear!
PLEASE NOTE: the rental demand is high, so our policy is “first check received, first-served” for given dates. If we have not received your reservation deposit check within five business days and another party is interested in your dates, we will consider those dates available.
